McDonald's at 2244 Lake Washington Boulevard, West Sacramento, California.

The kiosk ordering was off when we walked in. On top of that they only had one working POS, cashier, the rest were broken. After we ordered the counter to wait was dirty with dish, splashed, and some sticky substance.( I suspect dried soda) After waiting 10 minutes and seein 5 people who ordered after me get their food, including one who ORDERED THE AME THING I DID, I asked and discovered the lost/deleted my order. They said they would make it, then told me they didn’t have fries. FRIES, at a fast food restaurant. I waited....and waited. I finally got my food and saw that the sauce I requested wasn’t in the bag. I asked ONCE AGAIN, and was told that they don’t have anymore of the sauce I ordered. They’re really running out of everything. I walked off disappointed, but happy I at least got my food. I arrived back to work and saw that my fries were COVERED in chicken nugget dust. I had received fries made in old oil, for a different food. I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again. What was supposed to be a mediocre but acceptable meal became a nightmare.
